I want to establish a good relationship with my father’s employees. He said I will be his successor when he retired as the president of our company. When I was a child I could see my dad to mingle with our ordinary employees. He is a very nice and a down to earth person. He never put a barrier to the employer-employee relationship. I know that is the main reason while he was able to gain the respect and loyalty of the most employees that is working with him. I want to be just like him also when the time comes that I became the president of our business. I really admire how my dad deals with the different attitude and personality of his workers. I think you just need to listen to them once in a while. In fact they are the one who is working for us and making money for our business. We just have to be nice and teat them well. When one of his workers commits a mistake he will just talk to him in private and listen to his explanations. I never seen my dad scold or embarrass his employee. I will always remember his ways in handling people.

When I was in high school we have a subject about home economics. We were taught on how to be a good home maker. I really admire the teacher that handles this subject for us. In all the things that we do we just need to set our goals. We need to shape them focus them, hammer them down to their essence. We have to build a viaduct over which they can pass from the word dream to the world of reality. We need to sharpen our thinking about goal setting. Give it some real thought. Obviously, goals range all the way from very broad life goals so specific small goals. Learn to distinguish between long-term goals and short-term goals. Decide how many you can handle. Be realistic about the amount of time and effort that may be necessary. The objective is worth the price. One must not drift in vague circles but use the compass of the brain, and chart a course, and follow it. Make a commitment to excellence. Sometimes people say that they really don’t know what they want to. But while you are waiting for that goal to come into view or into focus, there is nothing to stop you from choosing one supremely important goal, the determination to do everything as well as you can, to make the most of whatever God will put you i9n the way of talent or ability.

There is nothing wrong with striving to improve your economic status, provided the other areas of your development do not suffer. In your search for higher things in life, you tend to focus only on one or two things, knowledge and wealth, neglecting the more essential in life. Most of the people want to venture out with business. You may not be as strong in this area as you are in the others. Knowledge and wealth alone do not make you a complete person. Since you are a basically a social being, you need people to get along well with them to gain their trust and to be your partner to a successful path in your business. We owe it to our self to develop our humanity fully. To attain full development, we must grow up not only physically, mentally, emotionally and morally, but also socially. Growing up socially simply means learning to relate well with people from all walks of life. Social skills which require us to make the correct moves in social situations basically involve winning friends to be our valued client.We have to give the demands of our customers in order for them to continue patronizing our business.

Going to college is one of the most exciting events in the life of everyone. College is freedom. It is freedom form the strict adult supervision. It is freedom to move about at one’s own pace, to build new exciting relationships, to taste new experiences, to adventure, to engage in personal challenges, to seek meaning to a new life. College means adjustments to new cultural and educational environment. We learn the different types of marketing strategy once we start to set new goals in this new environment. Success in this environment depends on the person’s potentials and performance. The person’s potentials consist of his background, aspirations and personal characteristics. Willingness to work in college is very important. It is not an easy route in life. College life is a big challenge. One should learn to fit in this academic world. It involves tough intellectual and emotional experience while getting mature socially. The heart of a college education is academic work. Students and teachers should have working relations like mature, intelligent individuals. We need to continously learn and study the types of people that we mingle eveyday. We need to set a good example to other people to infulence them a clean and happy life.

My friend is a really good-looking who always dresses nicely. He always gets attention because many women find him attractive. And after about twenty years of approval, he is accustomed to use his looks and fashion style to his advantage. When he likes someone, he knows just what to do. First he goes out and buys a new shirt to wear with his black jeans. He works hard to make his hair look perfect. Then he goes out to where the girls are, knowing that if he acts cool gives her his smile, shell jump at the chance to go out with him. But not all the time he was able to conquer the attention of the women. There is a woman who does not choose him just because of his perfect fashionable look. There is more beyond every man’s look that need to be considered. God did intend for us to enjoy and admire beauty and to do the best we can with what we have, but face and body can only go so far. When you start getting to know other people and seeing beyond their looks, that is what is really beautiful. Who cares about the beautiful wrapping paper and ribbons around a present? Some of the best presents I’ve seen were wrapped in newspaper and given by a loving friend. We can use fashion as just additives to te real person that is inside of us.

When a person is planning to open a business, he needs to consider a lot of things. They need to do a lot of feasibility study on what kind of business they want to venture out. I want to suggest that they need to read any business topic in order for them to learn a lot of techniques in opening a business. There are so many available website that gives free learning materials to those who want to gain knowledge in business. We need to read a lot and be well versed to the different kinds of business strategy in order for us to be successful in every thing that we are doing. We are all aware that there are so many competitors in the business world today. So we need to be unique so that customer’s will easily remember our kind of business. Most of all we need to give the satisfaction for every clients to keep them coming back to us.

I took up business course in college to pursue my plan to run a business. I begin to save a part from my allowance to prepare myself to open a sports shop. I read a lot of articles of the successful businessmen in the world. I made it a point to read any business topic to enhance my knowledge on how to manage my own business. I seek the help of my friends and relatives to help me how to start it up. They never failed my request and give their support financially and morally. At first I did have a hard time but I never stop and continue to pursue my plans. Now I am so happy that I am reaping all the hard work that I have planted. In any plans that we need to do we just have to be firm and sure about it. All we need is to believe in our selves that we can be able to reach our goals in life. It is just normal that we will experience hardship at first but it does not mean that we will stop. Sometimes these hardships are also one way to train us and to be stronger. I just had opened another branch of my store. I was able to give job to my employees. It had helped a lot of families too.

I have a friend that is planning to open a bar and restaurant. Because he is very young and lack of knowledge on how to operate this kind of business, he read a lot of articles of any business topic on the magazines and books. He never had a formal schooling for business and entrepreneurship but he is the type of person who reads a lot. I believe that not all business owners were all degree holder. I have known famous businessman that just started with a few penny as his capital but was able to grow his business. It is just a matter of how you persevere on every thing that you wanted to pursue in life. It is just a matter of patience and hard work. I have known my friend since high school. We had been through a lot of so many things. We were like more than brothers the way we treat each other and I really admire his kindness. His family supports his plan and never stays away from his side especially during the time of down fall.

My father had started himself to engage in doing business when he was just like fifteen years old. He came from a very poor family and he was not able to go to college. But despite of the hardships in life it did not stop him to pursue and to work hard. He started to read any business topic reading materials to get enough ideas on how to operate a business. He started to buy and sell fabric conditioner. It was his first business at a very young age. Since then he engaged in selling any kinds of stuff. He had this attitude that never stop working and learning. Even if he did not finish college he was able to acquire a lot of knowledge on how to be a successful businessman. He came to know my mother in one of the trade fair that he attended. Since then they usually go out for a dinner date. My mother admired the qualities of my father for being so hard working and persevered.

I want to start a business and I am looking for a perfect site where I can open a small restaurant. I was born to a family of businessman. My mother is a restaurant owner and my father runs hardware. All of my uncles and aunt are all business owners. That is why in every family gathering each of them will find a way to talk about any business topic to discuss with. They enjoyed the company of each other because each they can easily relate to any conversation. They all have the same kind of interest when it comes to business. Most of my cousins took up business administration in college. It really runs in the blood to be interested in business. I am just hoping that I will be a successful businessman in the future. I want to be just like my relatives. All of them just started in a small capital, but now they were all well known in the business world.
